Position: Substitute Teacher

Job Summary:
Branches Learning seeks an on-call substitute teacher for middle and high school math courses. Ideal candidates are comfortable teaching Pre-Algebra, Algebra 1, and Algebra 2 and have experience with online instruction. This flexible opportunity allows you to support students in a dynamic virtual learning environment.
*Interested candidates may be eligible to host online tutoring sessions in addition to substitute teaching.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend all live classes assigned
- Follow the lesson plans provided
- Maintain accurate attendance records
- Create a safe and inclusive environment
- Attend class in a professional virtual environment free of auditory or visual distractions
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs Degree (required)
- Teaching credential preferred (work experience will be considered)
- Experience teaching live online classes preferred
- Proficiency in navigating online programs with a modern computer and reliable internet connection
- Microphone and camera required
- Second camera recommended for math instruction, but not required
