Grades Sample Weekly Email

Grade reports are sent weekly to parents, students, and HSTs. Here are sample reports:

Standard report — normal grade (A), all assignment statuses shown

Low grade alert — below 70%, orange alert banner, teacher is copied

Critical grade alert — below 60%, red banner, teacher + intervention team copied

Elementary class — proficiency labels (ME, EE, AE, FM, LE) instead of letter grades

Midterm/Final— label changes from “Cumulative Grade” to “Midterm Grade” or “Final Grade”
