Courses Overview

Based on California Social Studies Standards, our 6th-grade course explores ancient civilizations. Students engage in project-based activities while exploring the civilizations of Mesopotamia, Egypt, Greece, Rome, China, and India. They analyze geography, culture, and history, discussing how these civilizations have shaped today’s world. Through critical thinking, communication, and collaboration, students research, present, and reflect on their learning.
