In eighth grade, students dive into the principles that govern matter, energy, and forces. They explore atoms, chemical reactions, motion, forces, waves, and energy transfers. Students build and test physical models, design simple experiments, and apply reasoning to explain everyday physical phenomena. They learn how the invisible rules of physics and chemistry explain everything from why objects fall to how light travels, preparing them for high school science with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
