Courses Overview

Sixth-grade English Language Arts students engage in literacy-focused activities while reading various novels. They refine their writing skills by crafting narrative, opinion, and informational pieces.

Emphasizing teamwork and individualized learning, the class participates in real-world projects while meeting state standards. Students apply language arts skills to practical scenarios, fostering critical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity.

Includes NoRedInk materials fee.

Language Arts Note: Once classes begin, Branches Learning will provide students access to NoRedInk, an online tool that targets specific language arts skills. This program is part of the course curriculum.
