Courses Overview

Geometry is a year-long course that will challenge students to develop critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills while meeting geometry standards. Students develop analytic and logical thinking skills. Key concepts include, but are not limited to, constructions, transformations, parallel and perpendicular lines, right triangles, trigonometry ratios, theorems, perimeter, area, and volume. Students will demonstrate their understanding of concepts by modeling real-world examples.
